Robert McNearney Custom Homes built us a beautiful two-story home in 2020 on a lot in Lakeville, MN overlooking a beautiful wetland. Robert (or Bob as he tells his customers to call him) always answered every time we called him throughout the build or would respond within a very short period of time. No receptionist, no waiting line music, the builder himself answered our questions. This was huge for us. We built this home with our two-year-old son and then had our beautiful daughter here too. We will build memories in this house for years to come. Bob and his team never wavered and always followed through for us. We’d be lying if we didn’t tell you we were very picky (which anyone should be when making a major purchase like a new home). We have asked for things to be adjusted or touched up but they always did what we asked or went above and beyond. This house was built just how we wanted and love it. We have been here a couple of years now and Bob and we still talk and he still helps us with things.
